2012 Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Quarter - America the Beautiful

The Hawaii Volcanoes National Park quarter, designed by Charles L. Vickers, was launched on August 29, 2012 1:30pm at the Kahua Hula, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park One Crater Rim Drive, Hawaii National Park, HI 96718. Following the ceremony, the public could purchase rolls at face value. Mint State Uncirculated (MS) coins were minted at the Philadelphia (P) and Denver (D) mints. MS coins were also produced at the San Francisco (S) mint, but only for the collector market.
